Specialist training and CPD packages for your staff, governors and leadership teams to further support and understand the neurodivergent members of your staff team.
Sensory Environment Audits
I will meet with staff to gather staff voice and complete a sensory audit of the school environment allowing them to talk about where they feel they need support. From this, I will complete a summary with co-produced recommendations.
Supporting Neurodivergent Students
One-to-one or group work with students to explore social anxieties, negative thought patterns and ways of communicating their needs in a way that they are comfortable with.
In-Class Coaching
Observing the daily workings of an educational setting is a key way of tapping into underlying sensory and behavioural needs. Coaching is a way of live training staff by providing support and scaffolding during in-the-moment class management. Coaching is a positive and supportive process where solution-focussed approaches are used and relationships are built.
